Establishing a New Look of Bangladeshi Human Resources Globally.

Bangladesh is an endless source of human resources that are contributing to building the dream come true around the world. In our experience and strenuous observation, we found Bangladeshi human resources were struggling to achieve complete satisfaction of the employers. We also found a ban on their entry to several job markets, although it is well-known that Bangladeshi people are disciplined, well-mannered and obey the law by nature. To see this unfortunate position, we tried to find out the reasons and the way to get the better of it. In research we found that to establish a career in today’s ever-changing global job market, a dynamic role is needed to fulfill his duties.  We “Merchant Overseas” believe that – an interested person can be a dynamic worker when he gets proper academic training, opportunity to practice in the practical field, knowledge of responsibility to his duties, constancy of a foreign worker, language ability in the working environment under the proper care and guidance he will be a globally fit confident worker in his relevant field. So, we have started our mission through our global standard human resources development academy “Merchant Academy” to deliver continuously dynamic human resources to the global employers to establish the dynamic new look of Bangladeshi human resources. We hope this dynamic new look will be well accepted by the global employers and it will make a remarkable position for Bangladeshi human resources.
